Drama Classes - Theatre Productions

Roll up, roll up for our family-friendly showcase performances!

People of all ages are invited to our annual ‘Collection of Short Entertainments’ this summer that features more than 20 humorous and thought provoking short plays…

Our Youth Groups, Junior group and Adult Group members have selected scripts from a variety of traditional stage plays, and some will even be treating us with their own unique performing arts pieces that have never been performed on-stage before!

These shows in particular offer our members, their families and friends a great opportunity to celebrate the progress of our performing artists in between our main productions. Our talented members, who are aged between 7 and over 50 years old, are very excited to present some truly entertaining family-friendly theatrical pieces, featuring:

  • a spaghetti eating competition
  • Macbeth’s witches (Shakespeare)
  • a heist gone wrong
  • famous characters from classical literature
  • an exaggerated Italian-American mobster family

For more than 15 years, our highly skilled and compassionate teams have been proudly helping individuals of all ages and abilities to develop real life skills with performing arts techniques honed from the greatest minds in method acting, stagecraft and improvisation. Whether you’re a fan of classical plays, modern theatre, comedy or multi-media performances – our members have worked exceptionally hard for the past couple of months and look forward to taking audiences on a journey of different genres.

We are proud to host two incredible performances at Kings Church (behind Tesco) in Lewes, East Sussex on Saturday, the 29th of June 2024 at 11:00am and on Thursday, the 11th of July 2024 at 6:45pm, and audiences will again be able to enjoy homemade cakes and refreshing drinks during intervals.
